So sorry for your loss Barbara. He was always good to us at Almys. He was very nice to our family when we went through a sad loss. His kind words will never be forgotten nor your smile when you would speak of him.

I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of Jerry. Jerry was an amazing person. I ran into him about 2 years ago right after he sold his house and moved next door. If you ever had the pleasure of knowing him you are blessed. RIP Jerry!

I am so very sorry to hear of your dad's passing. I have such great memories of both your dad, Jerry and your mom Barbara, especially at Uncle Jacks & Auntie Eileen's July 4th parties. They both had the biggest smiles and always so kind. My mom and dad (Mary & Dan O'Brien) truly enjoyed their company. May they all be partying together in heaven. Rest is peace Jerry! xoxo

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Crocker family at this time. It’s been said that “you don’t always remember what people say, but you always remember how they made you feel” , and Jerry and Barbara always made my Mom and our entire family feel welcome and supported in such a positive way with their genuine Love, Laughter, and Kindness.
Jerry was a Good Man who set an example for all of us on how to be a good father, friend and colleague.
We are all better for having known him ( and Heaven is better off now with Jerry there watching over his beloved family ).
R.I.P. my friend. - Kevin Maguire

Much love, respect, and gratitude to Jerry. Jerry and Barbara were quintessential 'good people' -- welcoming, generous, loyal, fun, upbeat, optimistic, funny, and they loved to joke and laugh. They were so good to many of us 'extended family members,' and leave a legacy of bringing joy to so many people. Love to Jimmy, Laurie, Michael(RIP), Louise, Debbie, and all family and friends. Time to celebrate Jerry's long, full, accomplished life.

Jerry always started or finished a conversation with, "The United States of America. Greatest country in the World." I was very fortunate to know him, travel and golf with him, and call him a friend. God bless.

As a new police officer in 1989-Jerry was one of the first people I met on the department. Although he used to brag that he had "socks older than the new guys"- Jerry never treated you like a new guy. He always treated everyone with respect whether you had 1 day on the job or 30 years. Jerry made you proud to be an officer because of the way he handled himself and treated others and represented the department. Later in his career as part of the self- proclaimed "Grandpa Gang"- Jerry solved many crimes and provided great service to victims and the residents of Burlington. In the final chapters of his life, the character of Jerry never waivered as he prepared to make sure those he loved were taken care of when his time came. Jerry was a great cop and equally great human being- he will be sorely missed- rest in peace my friend.

I spent 30+ years working with 'Croc'. When I moved upstairs into the Detective Division, Jerry and I worked the day shift, often pairing up to work bank robberies and major crimes. He was one of the finest men I have ever had the pleasure to know and to work with. As both a Brother in Blue and as a fellow veteran, all I can say is... Rest Well, my Brother.
