Lisa, my friend....It was so hard saying goodbye to you yesterday. You were always such a good friend and even if we didn't see each very often, when we did it was like a day hadn't gone by. I will always remember you with a smile and with laughter. You always brightened a room. I know you will be looking down on us and helping us along like only you can. Rest in peace Lisa. You will be missed.

As I sit here and try to write this all I can do is hear Lisa's voice as she would come in the door saying Good morning to everyone with that amazing and huge smile from ear to ear. Lisa was not only my friend and mentor but she was family, she had the biggest heart and the kindest words and always knew exactly how to put a smile on mine and everyone's face. I will never forget those amazing hugs and our long conversations . You will be greatly missed my dear sister keep shining bright.

Lisa was the first person to greet me on my first day working for Fidelity Security 30 years ago almost to the day. She was friendly, vibrant and always had a positive attitude. We always talked about family and our Italian heritage and had a lot of laughs over the years. She will be sorely missed by all. My deepest sympathies and prayers go out to her family during this time. I hope you will find comfort that heaven has received a new angel and I'm sure she's up there getting things in order.
God Bless, Bob Croatti

I said goodbye to my bestest childhood friend today. We were inseparable as people described us. The memories and stories..too many to share. Sure, as we became adults we drifted a bit. That’s what life does to us, but the memories will never fade. Lisa, I loved you! Angela, Rosa, and Joanna, I would love to meet up with you to share all those wonderful stories. Love to all of you.

I am so saddened and hearbroken to hear of Lisa’s passing. When she told me about her illness I started getting teary thinking about unfairness of it all –the fight she just went through for her daughters life and then having to fight for her own life. That day she gave me the biggest hug to help me make me feel better and told me not to worry. That was the last time I saw her.
That warm hug is how I will always remember her. Always helping, reassuring and caring for her work family and family at home. Words can’t express the sorrow I feel for her loved ones for this great loss. She will be missed dearly.

It is with a heave heart that we write this message. Lisa was not only a work colleague of mine, but a true friend to both of us. She was my right hand for many years at Fidelity and I could not imagine working without her. She was part of our family and we are all trying to make sense of this loss. Her devotion to her family, our family, and her career was inspiring. Lisa, may you bring your kindness, joy, and love to a place where there is no heartache or pain. You will be greatly missed.

I first met Lisa at Fidelity many years ago. I was running late and missed a food delivery. Lisa had to meet the delivery person for me. Lisa definitely let me know my role and her role and needless to say, that did not happen again. Lisa was very passionate about her work and expected the same from everyone else, she was absolutely the backbone of security.
A conversation with Lisa was never in passing. There was always a thoughtful story, usually about Michaela and Cristina whose names most of us knew because she spoke about them so often. Although those conversations were few and far between sometimes, I will miss them and I will miss her. My condolences to Lisa's family she was a strong and wonderful woman whose personality was one of a kind.

To know Lisa was a blessing. I took many lessons from her, looked up to her, and cared deeply for her. I worked closely with her for the short but what felt like long months at Fidelity before she left and her impression on me will be life-long. Her laugh could absolutely light up a room, and her spunk will live on through those that knew her. I can truly say I have never met anyone like Lisa before, and I have little confidence that I will ever meet anyone like her again. My deepest sympathies are with her family and loved ones during this tragic time. She will be missed by so many people, and never forgotten.

Lisa was one of the first people I met when I started at Fidelity 8 years ago; in fact, my desk was directly across from her. As the CSO’s admin, Lisa was the hub of Fidelity Corporate Security and you couldn’t ask for a better gatekeeper. Her warm personality and bright smile welcomed everyone and her directness kept everyone on their toes.
With children the same age, Lisa & I shared many “kid-related” trials & tribulations, milestones & successes, and boy was she a great mom. Michela and Cristina: I don’t think we ever met (maybe once), but I was a witness for many years to the strength of her love for you both. You two were her top priority and, even if you made her crazy sometimes, she was crazy about her girls. I am so very sorry that she was taken from you so young.
Once the original block of Fidelity buildings broke up, and Lisa moved to the Merrimack campus, I didn’t see her as much. I only made the “Northern Sojourn” 2 or 3 times a year, but it was always a highlight to see Lisa and catch up. The last time I saw her was last fall, at the Two Contra Way reception desk, and her smile was every bit as bright – lighting up that whole, cavernous space.
To me, Lisa represented everything good about Fidelity and Fidelity Security – a hard worker, deeply committed to doing her part to ensure the safety of Fidelity’s employees and customers. Someone for whom the triad of Fidelity – Faith – Family was her bedrock. Lisa was one-of-a-kind and I’m going to miss her terribly. My sincere condolences to the entire family.

My son Stephen and I send our condolences to Lisa's family especially to her daughters Michela and Christina. She lived across the street and was such a warm caring person. Whenever we talked, she always gave me a hug as she went on her way. This Spring she brought me a plant that is growing beautifully on the shelf in my front window that faces her house. Take comfort knowing she is with her Mom & Dad guiding you from above. May the sadness you feel now be replaced with wonderful memories of the times she shared with you.

Dear Cristina, Michela, and all the family, My heart is so very heavy with sadness and heartache for all of you. It was only a few months ago that Lisa and I saw each other and chatted out on Oxbow. She seemed wonderful and always glowing with a beautiful smile and hug for me. And only last spring that Lisa saw my son Danny in the neighborhood and was kind enough to invite him into your home to chat as this was the house he had grown up in ! I am having such a hard time processing your loss and want you to know how very very sorry and heartbroken I am. My every thought and prayer are with you. Hold in your heart those beautiful memories of the beautiful woman she was and know she will always be looking down on you.
