We will miss his quiet caring ways.
The first Saturday of the month will always be Cliffs Day!
It was the day that we could look forward to visiting with Cliff. He would come to our home every month. We would catch up on all family events and hear what everyone was up to, and how they were all doing.
Our family would save questions that his wisdom, engineering degree and construction knowledge that he had learned from his father, to help us through all of our DIY projects. His monthly visit kept the tradition of sitting around the kitchen table with loved ones and enjoying social time.
I will always remember when we were children visiting Newfoundland and Cliff took me and my sisters on what he considered a small hike (which was more like 10 miles), navigating through the country side showing us our first Iceberg, river otters, and wild horses, explaining thoroughly every detail that even a child could understand. At the time I thought the postcard was the best thing I got out of that hike, now I know Cliff gave me so much more.
We will miss seeing him at every family event.
You are now watching over us with the other Great Jones Men.
With Love and Condolences Beth, Tom, Brittanie, Cody, Olivia Reinold
