Joe was a very kind and caring person and will surely be missed by many. He was so full of life with many stories about his life, always trying to get a chuckle out of the girls on the wall. He adored animals and had a special friend that waited for him to show up, and get so excited when he'd see Joe's car come home and then hand out the dog cookies. Sparky will miss you.

R.I.P . Clarence. All our sympathies to all family members . For those of you who don’t know us , Clarence was a good friend of ours . Every single time he would come to P.E.I. He would make sure to come and visit us . We had lots of laugh with him about who had the best car , him or his brother Earle . We are sure that whenever Clarence gets into heaven there will be a managers job for him . Will miss you Clarence .

Suzanne, Carol, John, and families
Please accept our sincere condolences on the loss of your father. Clarence was the #6 sibling in our family but #1 in your family. We looked forward to seeing him when we visited Boston. I'm so glad to have been able to speak with him a few weeks ago while he was in rehab. He will be missed by those who loved him.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time,
Aunt Cleone & Terry

Joe was my next door Neighbor for over a decade. He became one of our Wall Buddies sitting on my front wall many afternoons shooting the breeze. Always the gentleman. He’d regale us with entertaining stories of trips to the store, a restaurant, or dealership, ever ending with how nice the people were and maybe he should send flowers. He constantly saw the best in people: and people unfailingly saw the best in him. Dozens and dozens of members of our community share your loss wondering where did Joe go – we know he went straight to heaven where he belongs. --Charlene Perkins

To my dear cousins Suzanne, Carol, and John: So very sorry to hear of Uncle Clarence's passing. He was always such a joy to visit with when he came home to Prince Edward Island. He loved visiting us as his first stop after the ferry and of course, in later years, off the Confederation Bridge. He would always drive in with a spotless car and lots of stories of beautiful women he met at the pit stops along his travels to P.E.I. He loved my mom's cooking and always called her "Saint Lorraine" And of course, no visit would be complete without having to take us all out to dinner! We enjoyed hearing his stories about his family and especially his grand children. He always share pictures of their achievements and was so very proud of all of you. I am sadden to realize that I won't hear his wonderful Boston accent gracing my life again. May God bless each and everyone of you in your grief and my sincere sympathies to all who loved him dearly. Love from cousin, Gail, his P.E.I. niece.
