My family and I have lived next door to Charlie for over 30 years. He was such a great guy and like an uncle to me. I have fond memories of him working on his yard or his pool. He would often come over while my dad was outside to talk to him or give him advice on our pool. I remember when he got the new Polaris pool vacuum and was so excited to show my dad. Charlie loved his gadgets. My daughters were also fortunate to meet and get to know him too. He was fond of them and enjoyed watching them play. He told me that they brought him a lot of joy. I am going to miss the little things such as hearing his voice or seeing him outside riding around on his lawn mower. He will be forever missed and never forgotten.
