nicest neighbor ever. always a smile whether walking past his house or greeting at precinct 6 poling place to get out the vote. saved me when a lawn fire erupted next-door neighbor, called BFD, then drove by to see if we were OK! missed him and Terry when they sold house and moved up the hill to Center st. housing. Our Sincere condolences to Theresa and Family. We had many good times together starting back with our parents travelling between Nova Scotia and the United States. As our families expanded and we grew older the good times together continued. Francis was a very happy and lively person to be around. He will be sadly missed by all. Frank was a valuable member of the Singing Grandpa's. He loved bringing smiles to the residents of the various nursing homes, senior centers and hospitals when we visited. Frank also enjoyed the company of his friends each week that we met for practice, coffee and donuts. His pleasant personality, and friendly smile will be missed. We are so sorry for your loss.

So sorry to hear about Fran’s passing. Prayers and love to Theresa and his beautiful family. I will never forget his kindness and wonderful spirit. He would visit my dad, his cousin Bob most weeks when dad was at the Soldiers Home in Chelsea. I loved to hear the stories and memories . May peace be with you all at this time. Sincerely. To Teresa and family I am so sorry you lost Frankie. We were neighbors on Library St. Chelsea a long time. He was a great guy who always wore that special smile fo one and all. May he rest in God’s beautiful garden with all those that went before him.
