In my ministry in Christ's church, some people radiate God's presence and love in an unpretentious manner by simply being themselves. Evanthia, with her kindness, compassion, smile, and good words, has brought me and all others with whom she related in love closer to God. She will be greatly missed by all those that loved her, and she loved.
I fervently pray to God to rest her soul among the saints. May God remember her so she may eternally live in His Kingdom. Our beloved Evanthia will eternally live in God's love and the hearts of all those she offered herself with love and care. To her dear family, I express my condolence and prayers that God will grant them comfort in these difficult moments of physical separation.

Dear Father Clapsis,
Thank you for the beautiful words about my sweet Manoula, My mom, myself and my children were so very blessed to have spent those few years getting to know you and Presbytera. You impacted our lives in such a loving and positive manner that we will be forever greatful for. I only wish the time was not so short and that we will see each other again someday. I hope you are doing well. We miss you very much!! Love, Maria and family

Eva will be greatly missed by all who knew her. I’ll never forget her warm smile and loving welcome when our families got together. Her sociable nature, love of gardening, and fondness for feeding everyone are treasured memories!

Evie or Yia Yia, as all the kids called her, leaves us with a lot of wonderful memories. It was a pleasure to enjoy her delicious recipes, marvel at the beauty of her garden, and smile at the little things she did. We are so thankful we were able to be a part of her life, and we will miss her greatly. - Sandy, Shannon, and Dan.

Mrs Purkar was a kind, loving, caring women. She always had an open door. She would bake us cookies. And I enjoyed walking around in her garden. May her memory be eternal.

Thank you Michael for the sweet words about my Mom - she loved the Tsoukalas family very much especially Father George and Pres. Francine!! They welcomed my Mom and taught her so much - especially how to make Prosphoron. Please tell your parents how much they meant to our family. Love and miss you all!!

Anyone who knew Evie ("Thea"), knew what a loving, kind, selfless person she was. Nothing was more important to her than her family. We were blessed to be part of her family (not blood but in our hearts where it matters the most). She will be missed so much but can watch down from heaven and be proud of her legacy -- her family. Our deepest condolences to Maria, Rick, Christina, Mike, Julia and Nick. May her memory be eternal. With love, Karen & Franco
