As Mark’s first cousin, I remember him as always upbeat n happy go lucky. He went out into the world while I was still in high school. I’m just learning of all his incredible jobs n journeys in life. None of which surprise me at all. It was obvious how he loved his children n grandkids. He will be missed by all. Rest In Peace cousin. Love, Terry (LeBorgne) Neff
