Barby, Steve and family so shocked on the passing of your mom. I say mom because it sounds like she treated everybody as her own son or daughter. Nana we will miss you so much! You were always the first one there and the last to leave. You always had a great sense of humor and could make anyone smile and laugh. I could tell you anything and everything, knowing you’d definitely judge but love me anyway. You were always yourself. I’ll never forget your unconditional love and support—no matter what time what situation, you were always there to make things better. I’m so sorry for what happened, but so thankful for how hard you fought and that you waited for us to be there to say goodbye. I love you so much. Even though my heart is broken, I know I’ll sleep better at night knowing we have the nosiest and strongest angel watching over us, keeping us safe and guiding us in the right direction.
