I’m very saddened to hear of John’s passing. I met him across a cribbage board and found him to be kind and considerate to everyone. His quick wit brought smiles to everyone. He will be greatly missed. We can all take solace that he’s back with his darling Peggy.

Carol and i would like to extend our sincerest condolences to the Conway Family. We met the Conways in the 1980s when our sons played youth hockey and quickly became very close friends, remaining in touch ever since. We enjoyed vacations together from time to time in Aruba and Las Vegas. I spent many a day sitting next to John at a blackjack table at various casinos. He always seemed to do better than me and shared his success by treating for food and drinks. We attended many hockey games together over the years. John was the driving force behind the Middlesex Youth Hockey League. His efforts there alone benefited tens of thousands of children over the years. John was a wonderful friend, a true giver, and an excellent family man. He and his great sense of humor will be sorely missed. Rest in peace my good friend.

To the conway family i am so sad to hear about johns passing he was a very good cribbage player at the saint camilas church and just all a round a great guy i will misd him alot rip john

My condolences go out to the Conway family. I would like to thank John for managing the Retired Men’s Club of Arlington bowling league. He gave the league lots of laughs every Friday morning that we all looked forward to the 2-1/2hours of fun. Rest in peace my friend and thanks for the memories. Tony Masci
