I remember like it was yesterday, June 19, 1978 when Kip and I moved in next door to Frank and Marsha. They were the first ones to greet and welcome us to the neighborhood. So many wonderful memories for myself, Patrick, Kelly, and Laura of the nicest, caring, compassionate couple. We were truly blessed to be their neighbors.
