Louise was like a part of our family growing up in Burlington. I remember introducing to my newborn daughter and she absolutely adored my daughter. My mother was so happy to have Louise as her best friend they acted and bonded like sisters Louise was like a sister to my mom. Louise always had time to talk with my mother and me and my brother and spend time together. My mom and Louise always laughed and had a good time. Louise and Eddie would we had many good times enjoying meals and company together. I remember going over to Louise's house and playing with her jewelry and visiting with her and uncle eddie and her mom. I always marveled how all her pots and pan shined like new. She loved to cook and enjoyed spending many hours preparing food and sharing recipes. Louise was such a pleasant and caring person that we dearly loved. She will always be remembered for her kindness and thoughtfulness. She was a part of our life. Now my dad Donald J Connolly and Louise and Eddie must be rejoicing in heaven together. rest in peace auntie Louise I will never forget you and all the fun we had and all the time we spent together.

So sorry to hear of Louise's passing! I pray she went peacefully in her sleep... without any suffering. I know her mom, her loving husband Eddie, my mom (her best friend), and the Deluca's, (Connie and Vinnie), we're waiting for her with outstretched arms eager to welcome her into heaven with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Louise was an amazing women!!! She was a wonderful daughter, beautiful and caring wife and supportive friend! She and Eddie were our "adopted aunt and uncle" and like a close sister to my mom and dad. It didn't matter that we were not blood relatives. They were a special couple and loved each other completely! We had many good times and happy occasions that will be remembered fondly forever. New Year's Eve parties in "the new room" at our house were always lively with good food and dancing. Dinners at their home always included the best desserts!! We shared difficult times, as well, together to comfort each other. We were a true family, no doubt about it! Louise kept a tidy home and always looked like a model! No hair was ever out of place and her makeup was always perfect. She was very beautiful and always had a smile on her face and kind words to say. She cooked so well she could have had a restaurant! She loved being in the kitchen baking with my mom and trying new recipes. After I married and moved to California, I continued to make a point to stop over their home for a cup of tea and visit whenever I was home. I have their same dining room table and always complimented them on their sturdier chairs. I remember the black cat clock with the moving tail in the living room. The eyes moved. We always beeped the car horn twice every time one of us drove pass their home, day or night, as a loving hello. They both loved it! Funny how our parents knew we were coming in the door... Louise would often call them saying she heard the beep and we were almost safely home. They knew it was one of the 4 Yassemedis kids passing by. Eddie always kept a manicured yard. They had beautiful flowers everywhere. As we grew up and moved out of the house, the beeps were less frequent, but we will continue to beep when we come back to Burlington... and will think of our dear friends ~ Louise and Eddie.
You are home now, Louise, finally rejoined with your handsome and sweet Eddie. It is comforting to think that in heaven we will get new, perfect bodies... no suffering or ailments. Louise, thank you for being there for my mom when she was sick and I was living far away. I know you loved her and was always there for her, my dad and brother Johnny. One last thing... Louise, please give a big hug to my mom from her 4 kids, and her 3 grandsons ~ Dennis, Matthew and Andrew, her beautiful granddaughter Alexandra and 5 great grandchildren, Ben, Katie, Hannah, Jordan and Ethan. She never got to hold them here on Earth... Until we meet again, rest in peace. Xoxo

Louise will always be very special to us. I want to remember her before her stoke but it hard not to envision her at the nursing home. She always lit up when we came to see her. She would always reach up and touch your face with the most gentle touch, it was hard to even explain how it felt. She always showed us pictures of all her family and of us when we were kids. She just smiled just struggling to say all she could.. Just a “O Man” was enough to know she was enjoying remembering the good old days. She liked chocolate so we would bring her some and she would hide it under the covers..lol
As a child I always enjoyed Louise and Eddie’s company at our house and loved to stay at their very cool home. They were so funny together. I used to walk down and shovel their drive way and dream of owning her white Pontiac Jetfire that hardly ever moved. We had many fun times. Louise and my mom were best friends and loved cooking together and going to Vincent’s hair salon on Saturdays and spending fun times with Vinnie & Connie.
Every 6 months until Eddy left us, after each of my dentist cleanings I would ring the bell and take a few minutes to sit with them catch up on news. Eddie always made sure he told me Louise really missed my mother Mary. We all know Louise was a terrific cook, yes way better then even my mom, and she would admit it if she was here with us. And my mom could cook great so what does that tell you!
Eddie you sure must be happy to have her back in your arms.
We love and miss guys. We will think of you often...
Love, Johnny Yassemedis and family

My heartfelt sorrow to Louise's family on her passing - but at least we can all take comfort that she and my cousin Eddie are together again - and in a better place for both of them. Eddie was my favorite cousin and Louise was virtually one of the lovelyest woman I've ever known and I was impressed by how much they loved one another. May their souls now comfort one another in peace.
