Obituary of Stephen Astulfi

Stephen O. Astulfi, aged 86, passed away peacefully in his sleep on February 8, 2014. Born in Boston, on January 27, 1928, he lived in Medford, Arlington, and since 1963, in Burlington, and West Yarmouth, MA. He served in the United States Navy in World War II, and the Korean War, and was the owner of Tritek, Inc., representing electronics manufacturers in New England and throughout North America. Beloved husband of 60 years to Catherine “Kay” Pantano, and loving father and father-in-law to Stephen M. Astulfi and his wife, Mary of Hamilton, MA, Karen O’Hanley and her husband Ronald of Ipswich, MA, and Southern Pines, NC, and Suzanne Maddocks and her husband Thomas of Olmsted Falls, OH. Steve was devoted to his family, and most enjoyed spending time with his children and six loving grandchildren. Harry O’Hanley, Ryan Maddocks, Allie O’Hanley, Mariah Astulfi, Cory Maddocks and Elizabeth Astulfi will treasure their memories of their “Pappy,” who devoted himself to creating lifelong memories for them, both on his boat, Bluefin, and in everyday life; and sharing his time, his wonderful stories and his unique outlook on life. He leaves behind a wealth of friendships, and a legacy of honor, respect and love for family, home and country. Private burial service at the Pine Haven Cemetery, Burlington, MA.
