Absolutely stunned to learn of Maurya's illness and her passing! I believe the only time I saw her since college days was at the 35th reunion, where she was radiant, kind, happy, and healthy. My condolences to all.

Dear Meenan Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I only just found out, so sorry this is getting to you so late. I do miss those epic get togethers at the Meenan family house! I know Maurya will be missed by many, but none more than her family. God bless and know you are in my thoughts and prayers.
Love Karen

Our love and sympathy go out to Deb and Maurya's family during this sad time. When I married into the Lathrop family I learned what raucous good fun was about; esp when the Meenans and the Lathrops got together. Christmas afternoon was a time when the whole gang showed up and Maurya's dad, Uncle Pat, always had some special new gift, usually a very noisy one and the fun was on! It was wild.
I am so happy to have known Maurya and enjoyed her whenever she was home. I remember how proud everyone was when Maurya was headed to college and making new paths at Princton was a female; of course we all know how smart she was! PK

Couldn't ask for a more dear, friendly, fun-loving cousin. We move far away and seldom see each other but we love and will miss our wonderful Maurya with the bright eyes and infectious smile. Gary

On behalf of my entire family - mother Eileen, brother David my wife Beth and our four children, please accept our sincere condolences for the loss of such a unique and gifted and obviously loved human being. Before I wrote this note I read the entries from Maurya's friends and co-workers. Nothing about the obit or the contents of the other guestbook entries surprised me in the least. My father Frank Bowron and Maurya's dad Pat were best friends, so our two families spent some time together when all of the children were young. The Meenan clan was special - they loved one another deeply; they loved life and were stomping on the terra long before it became a fad; and they took their love of stomping on the terra with them wherever they traveled. They infected everyone they befriended with their love of life. You can see it in Maurya's eyes in both photo's - the one in this obit when she's young, and the photo in her hometown paper when she's probably in her 50's. "Waste no time." Funny how learning of her passing has inspired me to make travel plans - let us all follow her lead and stomp on the terra - there's no time to waste!

Our thoughts and prayers go to Maurya's family and friends., especially mother Shirley and brother Kevin. Although Maurya graduated before I did from Kelly Walsh High School in Casper, Wyoming...she was a very good friend. I still have fond memories of her excitement of going off to college to Princeton, her devotion to her family and all the love, her coming back to Wyoming so she could drive the really, really big trucks at a mine...she had some great stories throughout her life...she will be missed greatly...RIP Maurya. It's not often in life that we get to meet a person that stays with you along your own personal journey. I met Maurya when I worked at IDX in the early 80's. She was always helpful, and would do anything she could to help. She always had a big smile and made me feel warm and welcome in her office.
A wonderful lady taken far too soon.
RIP Maurya

I knew Maurya during her years at IDX as a positive, hardwoker that had skills both deep & wide. I remember she liked to laugh, share & be helpful. I had more than a few work situations where she showed remarkable abilities to work thru the diffuculty & remain engaged. My sympathies to family & friends that are hurt with loss but hoping this will be an opportuinity to imprint deeper memories. slj - dallas,tx

There is a huge void at Nuance with the passing of Maurya. She inspired so many, always had a positive attitude , walked with a smile, and treated everyone with kindness. No matter what the situation Maurya had a way of finding a positive outcome. Her concern for others given her own situation was amazing and I'll miss our conversations about family, friends, and life. She never gave up and her ability to manage everything she had going on with work truly showed what a fighter she was. Maurya I will miss you, I wish I had the chance to say goodbye, you are in my thoughts and I know you are at peace in heaven.
