Sal delivered medical gases to Genzyme, the company I work for in Framingham. We always looked forward to seeing him, and having a great laugh and a few stories. A few years back we started to discuss making artichokes at Thanksgiving, an Italian tradition. I heard of Sal's passing on the night I was headed home to cook the artichokes for my siblings!. Thanks Sal, I will eat one for you!, (and thanks for your recipe also). You will TRULY be missed, God Bless You!.
