Suzanne....I cannot believe that Mama Pat is gone. She has been a fixture in my life since we met when I was in the 7th grade. She was a tough but very loving lady and I have some very fond memories of her. What I remember most is her warm laugh and her ability to just crack me up with some of the things she would say. Oh my lord did she just say that?!?!?! She had a sharp sense of humor and would never cease to amaze me with her wit and kindness. One instance in particular that I will be eternally grateful for was when she watched Jason for me when my own dear Mom passed away. She and your dad took turns practicing "grandparenting and diapering when the mom forgets to pack all the supplies" She never let me live that one down...we had a lot of laughs over the years. The time we were at bingo and she gave me a Rolo which stuck to my dental work and I couldn't talk for a half hour...she says "Christ that's the quietest she's been in years!!!" I was laughing so hard I had tears streaming down my face. I'm smiling now just thinking of it. Suzanne my dearest friend...always remember how much she loved you and how lucky you are to have had her in your life for all these years. With love and much sadness in my heart, Laura
