I remember Frank as always having a smile on his face. Frank worked in the General Services Dept. I was secretary to Ben Woodaman, Supervisor of General Services at Cambridge Electric Light Co. 1972-1985. Frank and Jack Holland were like two comedians. I enjoyed working with him. He will be missed.
